Measurement Principle
The ZYZL-HLR10 utilizes an 80 GHz Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave(FMCW) to make a highly accurate level measurement whihc measures distance, level and volume of powders, granulates and other solids. It is ideal for measuring the level of solids in applications with very dusty atmospheres.
With its small beam angle, this radar is particularly suited for continuous, non-contact level measurement in high and narrow silos, hoppers or buffer storage containers.
Application
ZYZL radar level transmitter not only measures many solid materials but also measures the level of liquids and slurries. The meter can be operated in a wide range of temperature, pressure, steam gas mixture and various process conditions. Main applications include:
