Coriolis Mass Flowmeter Project Details for Food & Beverage Industry

Description:
This is a new factory project for a food company that provides syrup raw materials for many well-known brands, due to the viscous physical properties of the medium, the accuracy of the flow meters they previously used will gradually, decrease over time, on the recommendation of our technical engineers, the customer tried the HFM10 Coriolis mass flowmeter.
 
The flowmeter has a large volume and insufficient reserved installation space, resulting in poor measurement performance during the trial period , after repeated discussions and debugging, the equipment was finally reinstalled. 
 
After six months of trial use, the product finally gained unanimous recognition from the customer.

Challenge:
(1) The installation position is narrow, and the incorrect installation position of the product affects the accuracy

(2) Syrup is viscous and has poor fluidity, which can easily cause contamination due to material hanging. It requires high hygiene standards for equipment

(3) There are many competitors, and the difference in measurement accuracy in the short term is not significant


Result:
(1) Time has proven that under the correct installation conditions, ZYZL HFM10 Coriolis mass flowmeter overall performance is superior to other brands

(2) The customer agrees to use our ZYZL-HFM10 Coriolis mass flowmeter in future new projects
