Vibrating Fork Level Switches Project Details for Pharmaceutical Industry
Description: This is a renovation project for the pharmaceutical industry. The batch of original liquid level switches malfunctioned, after technical evaluation, it was found that the maintenance was very difficult, and the maintenance cost was quite high. Considering lowering the failure rate and enhancing cost-effectiveness, the customer decided to use ZYZL brand instead.
Challenge: (1) The installation site of level switches is on a small-diameter pipeline, narrow installation space for the measuring equipment. (2) The liquid medicine in the pipeline is relatively thick and contains rich foam, which will interfere with the liquid level measurement. (3) Containers and pipelines in the food and pharmaceutical industry require regular flushing and high-temperature sterilization, and measuring equipment needs to have excellent high-temperature resistance characteristics.
Result: (1) ZYZL-HTL50 Vibrating Fork Level Switches with only 40mm fork length, specially designed for pipelines and confined space,with strong anti-interference function, not influenced by foam, bubbles, viscosity, oscillation and other liquid characteristics (2) At present, the product has successfully passed the trial stage and performed very well overall. We had replaced the original malfunction product and received good feedback from customers.
