Level Transmitter and Pressure Transmitter Project Details for Metallurgy Industry
Description: This is a high-quality pellet smelting project that utilizes our pressure transmitters, differential pressure transmitters, radar level gauges, and electromagnetic flowmeters.
Challenge: (1) The high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive environment in the steel smelting industry require high quality measuring instruments that can maintain measurement stability and reliability in harsh environments. (2) During the process of pellet smelting, a large amount of dust will be generated, which will interfere with the signal echo of the radar level meter, causing signal attenuation and false echo.
Result: (1) ZYZL-HLR8 120GHz radar level transmitter achieves an accuracy of ± 1mm at a beam angle of 2 °, with strong signal penetration and the ability to penetrate high concentrations of dust. (2) The production line has been in the mass production stage and successfully produced high-quality pellets. Customers are satisfied with the stability and consistency of ZYZL’s transmitters and instruments.
