Level Transmitter Project Details for Petrochemical Industry

Description:
This radar level transmitter project is deployed at an asphalt industrial park under a transportation control group.

Challenge:
(1) Liquid level measurement in asphalt tanks has long posed industry challenges due to complex interference factors.
(2) The original radar gauges failed to deliver stable readings, with data fluctuations caused by excessive interference.

Result:
(1) ZYZL-HLR8 120GHz radar level transmitter achieves ±1mm accuracy with a 2° beam angle, effectively avoiding obstructions like agitator blades and tank walls.
(2) Its concentrated signal penetrates smoke/gas for authentic level measurement, while the integrated false echo suppression function automatically filters interference signals.
