This is a new factory project for a food company that provides syrup raw materials for many well-known brands, due to the viscous physical properties of the medium, the accuracy of the flow meters they previously used will gradually, decrease over time, on the recommendation of our technical engineers, the customer tried the HFM10 Coriolis mass flowmeter.

Challenge:

(1) The installation position is narrow, and the incorrect installation position of the product affects the accuracy

(2) Syrup is viscous and has poor fluidity, which can easily cause contamination due to material hanging. It requires high hygiene standards for equipment

(3) There are many competitors, and the difference in measurement accuracy in the short term is not significant

This electromagnetic flowmeter project involves an HVAC system for a telecom company's data center.

Challenge:

The water-cooled HVAC system effectively absorbs and dissipates substantial heat loads by leveraging water's high specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity, ensuring stable data center operations.

Result:

ZYZL-HFMG electromagnetic flow meters are designed for precise flow measurement in cooling/heating water circuits, significantly reducing the electricity consumption and enhancing the efficiency of cooling, heating and ventilatory.

Metallurgy

Description:
This is a high-quality pellet smelting project that utilizes our pressure transmitters, differential pressure transmitters, radar level gauges, and electromagnetic flowmeters.

Challenge:

(1) The high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive environment in the steel smelting industry require high quality measuring instruments that can maintain measurement stability and reliability in harsh environments.
(2) During the process of pellet smelting, a large amount of dust will be generated, which will interfere with the signal echo of the radar level meter, causing signal attenuation and false echo.

Result:

(1) ZYZL-HLR8 120GHz radar level transmitter achieves an accuracy of ± 1mm at a beam angle of 2 °, with strong signal penetration and the ability to penetrate high concentrations of dust.
(2) The production line has been in the mass production stage and successfully produced high-quality pellets. Customers are satisfied with the stability and consistency of ZYZL’s transmitters and instruments.

Petrochemistry

Description:
This radar level transmitter project is deployed at an asphalt industrial park under a transportation control group.

Challenge:

(1) Liquid level measurement in asphalt tanks has long posed industry challenges due to complex interference factors.

(2) The original radar gauges failed to deliver stable readings, with data fluctuations caused by excessive interference.

Result:

(1) ZYZL-HLR8 120GHz radar level transmitter achieves ±1mm accuracy with a 2° beam angle, effectively avoiding obstructions like agitator blades and tank walls.

(2) Its concentrated signal penetrates smoke/gas for authentic level measurement, while the integrated false echo suppression function automatically filters interference signals.

Pharmaceuticals

Description:

This is a renovation project for the pharmaceutical industry.
The batch of original liquid level switches malfunctioned, after technical evaluation, it was found that the maintenance was very difficult, and the maintenance cost was quite high.
Considering lowering the failure rate and enhancing cost-effectiveness, the customer decided to use ZYZL brand instead.

Challenge:

(1) The installation site of level switches is on a small-diameter pipeline, narrow installation space for the measuring equipment.
(2) The liquid medicine in the pipeline is relatively thick and contains rich foam, which will interfere with the liquid level measurement.
(3) Containers and pipelines in the food and pharmaceutical industry require regular flushing and high-temperature sterilization, and measuring equipment needs to have excellent high-temperature resistance characteristics.

Result:

(1) ZYZL-HTL50 Vibrating Fork Level Switches with only 40mm fork length, specially designed for pipelines and confined space，with strong anti-interference function, not influenced by foam, bubbles, viscosity, oscillation and other liquid characteristics
(2) At present, the product has successfully passed the trial stage and performed very well overall. We had replaced the original malfunction product and received good feedback from customers.
